William Sulney
President
Mr. Sulney is ensuring that Our Redeemer Center is compliant in furtherance of its mission. As the senior officer, Mr. Sulney is responsible to plan, develop, implement, monitor, and assess the organization’s programs. Prior to joining Our Redeemer Center, Mr. Sulney worked for US Department of Commerce, NYS Higher Education, NYC Board of Education, US Agency for International Development. Mr. Sulney has a strong background in management and education.
Raymond Pierre
Vice President
As the Vice President, Mr. Pierre has worked tirelessly to support the mission of the organization. Mr. Pierre has always carried a great sense of humor. Mr. Pierre is responsible to develop, implement, monitor, and assess Our Redeemer Center programs. Mr. Pierre is also responsible for coordinating fundraisings, and overseeing financial reports. Mr. Pierre is pledged to making sure that all members abide by all the rules of the organization. Mr. Pierre has been a member of of the New York City Board of Educators
Henry Monereau
Financial Treasurer
Mr. Monereau is responsible for reconciling the bank accounts and producing financial statements accurately. He is also responsible to monitor the monthly/yearly donation received, cash balance and expenses paid and providing monthly financial report.
Mr. Monereau uses Heb. 13/5 as his compass:
“Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have” to manage the funds of Our Redeemer Center faithfully.
Darma Sainmervil

Business Management and Finance
I will use my long term experience and skill in business
strategy and development to help guide the Redeemer Center
through its initial phase of growth and development.
Pascale Duperval
Recording Secretary
As the Recording Secretary, Ms Duperval has a strong background in nonprofit organizational laws. She is responsible to managing all Our Redeemer Center’s internal and external communications, including preparing and keeping track of board meeting dates, agendas, and minutes. During the meeting, Ms Duperval has always had a smile that attracts everyone. Ms. Duperval chooses Judge Deborah as her mentor.
